At the time you submit the application, it is a good time to gather the following information:

• W-2 forms for the last two years
• Current pay stubs for one month
• Most recent 401k, IRA, stocks/bonds statements
• Two months of recent bank statements
• Current mortgage or rental info
• Insurance agent name and number
• Copy of your drivers license
• Disclosures - Download and Sign
